One Twenty Brickell Residences is a 34-story tower featuring 240 luxury residences with the first-of-its-kind dedicated office suites. Each residence will be accompanied with a dedicated office suite complete with private elevators, access to conference rooms, and concierge assistant services. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects and interiors by Cotofona Designs, One Twenty Brickell Residences will also feature 60,000 square feet of amenity space, including a sky bar and lounge overlooking the Brickell skyline and wellness spa.
